Product & Sample FAQ
What products does Bluelink International offer?
We currently supply only dehydrated onion and dehydrated garlic products in various forms.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes. We offer paid samples so you can check quality before placing an order.
Are sample costs refundable?
Yes. If you place a final order that meets our MOQ policy, the sample cost is deducted from your invoice.
What is the standard sample size?
The standard sample size is 200g per product. Custom sizes can be arranged on request.
Pricing FAQ
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on product type, cut size, quality grade, and current raw material market rates.
Is pricing fixed after you send a quotation?
Yes. Once you confirm the quotation within 24 hours of receiving it, the price is locked and remains valid for that order.
MOQ & Logistics FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 metric ton per product.
What packaging options are available?
We offer 10kg, 20kg, and 25kg multi-layer bags or cartons, depending on product and buyer preference.
How long does dispatch and delivery take?
Dispatch and delivery time depends on the order size, product details, and destination country. Specific timelines are shared once the order is confirmed.
Do you handle freight and export documentation?
Yes. We handle all essential export documents and can arrange shipping under FOB, CIF, or as per buyer’s requested Incoterms.
Certifications & Compliance FAQ
Are your products compliant with international food safety standards?
Yes. Our partner facilities follow food safety systems aligned with BRCGS and GFSI-approved standards.
Do you allow third-party lab testing?
Yes. We allow and support third-party laboratory testing as per the buyer’s requirement.
Are certificates like Phytosanitary and Certificate of Origin provided?
Yes. All mandatory export documents, including Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin, are provided with shipments.
Payments & Policies FAQ
What are your payment terms?
We follow a strict 50% advance and 50% payment at dispatch policy.
Do you accept LC (Letter of Credit)?
Yes, but only if it is approved under ECGC (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation) guidelines.
Can I cancel the order after paying the deposit?
No. Order cancellation is not possible after the deposit is made, as production begins based on your confirmation.
Are payments refundable if an order is cancelled mid-way?
No. Once the deposit is received and production is initiated, payments are non-refundable.
